Having an independent third party escrow agent eliminates the unpleasantness and stress of having to deal directly with your Intended Parents regarding financial matters.  We provide a buffer and in most cases resolve financial concerns without having to interfere with the relationship between you and your Intended Parents. In addition, Surrogacy Escrow Services provides peace of mind to you in knowing that the funds that are owed to you under the Surrogacy Contract are set aside in a secure account to be distributed to you in a timely fashion in accordance with the terms of your Contract.  Should an unforeseeable tragedy happen to your Intended Parents (death or the loss of a job), it is comforting to know that the funds that are owed to you are in a secure account and will still be distributed to you in accordance with your Surrogacy Contract. Remember that the funds in place for you are insured by the FDIC.
